精力豆是 LessScreen 内的虚拟商品。用户在创建自律契约时质押精力豆作为「契约金」。成功履约（未超时使用 App）则全额返还；违约（超时使用）则会根据规则扣除相应数量的精力豆。购买精力豆需通过 App 内购完成。
如果通过 App Store 购买，请通过 App 内「更多 → 联系我们 → 特殊申诉」提交，或直接访问 Apple 报告问题 申请退款。未使用的精力豆支持全额退款，锁定在契约中的精力豆退款时将扣除约 20% 作为违约金。
用户在添加 App 时，可以选择存入一定数量的精力豆作为契约金。当您在该 App 上的使用时间超过每日限制后，系统会先给出提醒；超时 2 分钟后开始从契约金中扣除精力豆。坚持在限制内使用，则契约金全额保留。这是一种通过「付出成本」来增强自律动机的设计。
所有使用数据仅保存在本地设备上，不会上传至服务器。我们不会收集、传输或出售任何个人数据。详细说明请查看我们的 隐私政策。
为了监控 App 使用时长并在超时时给出提醒，LessScreen 需要「使用情况访问权限」和「悬浮窗权限」。这些权限仅用于实现核心功能，不会用于任何其他目的。
在 App 内「更多 → 设置 → 账号安全」中可找到注销账号入口。操作不可逆，所有数据将被永久删除。详细步骤请查看 账号注销指引。

Energy Beans are a virtual good in LessScreen. Users stake Energy Beans as a "contract deposit" when creating a self-discipline contract. If you stay within your usage limits, the beans are fully returned. If you exceed the limit, beans are deducted according to the rules. Energy Beans can be purchased via in-app purchase.
If you purchased through the App Store, please use the "Special Appeal" option in the App (More → Contact Us → Special Appeal), or visit Apple Report a Problem directly. Unused beans are eligible for a full refund. Beans locked in active contracts will incur an approximate 20% penalty upon refund.
When adding an app to manage, users can optionally deposit Energy Beans as a commitment. If you exceed the daily usage limit, you receive a reminder first; after 2 minutes of overtime, beans start being deducted from your deposit. Stay within the limit, and your deposit remains intact. This "skin in the game" mechanism strengthens self-discipline motivation.
All usage data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To monitor app usage time and show reminders when you exceed limits, LessScreen needs "Usage Access" and "Overlay" permissions. These permissions are used solely for core functionality and nothing else.
Go to More → Settings → Account Security in the App. Account deletion is irreversible and all data will be permanently removed. See the Account Deletion Guide for detailed instructions.
